During the period of August 9-16, Mr. Alekberov, CEO of the Company, will be in Texas to meet a group of private investors.

Mr. Alekberov and our partners are expected to discuss potential investment opportunities in the energy sector of CIS countries, including Russia. We expect the initial investment period will be largely focused on debt instruments of major oil companies of the region. RDM Investments is expected to provide analytical and advisory services for these potential investments.
